PHONE CONSULT

Interested in an online exercise program, but not sure if it’s right for you? Complete our online exercise program form and we’ll schedule a complimentary phone consult to go over what you’re looking for in a program.


FITNESS ASSESSMENT

After determining the goals you’ve provided us in our online exercise program form, we will meet with you to determine a starting point for your program. This includes baseline testing specific to your goals.

Our coaches design your program based on your goals, lifestyle, fitness level, etc.


EXERCISE PROGRAM ORIENTATION

Once your program is made we go over all of the movements with you to ensure you feel confident and safe when performing these exercises on your own.
