“One of the many great things about SITP is the personalized experience with guidance to improve specific flaws with one’s training or approach to a workout. Additionally, something that’s small, but that helps to stay motivated is SITP coaches personal words of encouragement during a workout or after a major milestone in your training like a PR or improvements in skills.
Overall I’ve improved every aspect of my fitness from raw powerlifting strength, cardio/muscle endurance, and skill movements I wasn’t able to do just a few months ago.
