WHAT IS SPECIALTY PROGRAMMING?

The short answer

Individualized specialty programming is a fitness program 100% designed to your body, your fitness level, and what you have available to you (i.e space, equipment, etc…) Whether you’re new to fitness or a competitive athlete, an individualized plan will become your roadmap to your goals.

How Does it Work?

The not as short answer

Have you ever purchased a suit or dress for a formal occasion? There are two ways to go – buy an item off the rack that fits well and does the job or buy a custom made outfit that is designed specifically to compliment your body. Well, we sell both off the rack and custom programs ;). Our basic programs are great and will absolutely help you to move towards your goals; they are a little easier on the budget, but don’t offer as much as an individualized program does. Our individualized programs are created for you. Every bit of the program is designed with you in mind and is purposefully written to get you to your goals.

So how do you know what’s right for you? 

You know yourself best! If you’re self motivated, driven, and task oriented, the basic programming may be a great fit for you. If you’re someone that needs a little more accountability, has specific goals, and is interested in feedback, then individualized programming sounds like the right direction for you. In either case, if you’re looking for more guidance, accountability, feedback, etc…

We always offer in–person or virtual personal training sessions. These sessions can be used as motivational tools to get you up and moving, as a check-up on your form, or as a training session to improve on a specific movement.
