See It Through Performance exists to help others set fitness goals and achieve them.
The name "See It Through Performance" was inspired by the poem "See It Through" by Edgar Albert Guest. In his poem, Guest speaks to facing adversity, digging in your heels, and seeing it through - knowing that in the end you'll be stronger for it.
When choosing a name for our business, we were captured by this idea of "seeing it through." So often in the world of fitness and exercise, we're inspired to start strong, but within a short time we lose that inspiration and end up going back to old habits.
Thus was born See It Through Performance; a business that helps you to quantify your goals, create a plan to help you meet those specific goals, and then actually gets you to that goal, by seeing it through! (See what we did there š )
At See It Through Performance we believe that this mindset not only applies to fitness and exercise, but also overflows into other aspects of your life. We hope to give our clients the tools to better their lives inside and outside of the gym (or home gym.) This mindset of finishing what you started can spill into your relationships, your work, and so many other aspects of life.
So, are you ready to change your life? Ready to set your goals and see them through? We're ready to help you. We're here to help you set, reach, and then exceed those goals. We'll be with you every step of the way ready to cheer you on, pick you up, and push you to new limits. Let's talk!

“One of the many great things about SITP is the personalized experience with guidance to improve specific flaws with one’s training or approach to a workout. Additionally, something thatās small, but that helps to stay motivated is SITP coaches personal words of encouragement during a workout or after a major milestone in your training like a PR or improvements in skills.
Overall I’ve improved every aspect of my fitness from raw powerlifting strength, cardio/muscle endurance, and skill movements I wasn’t able to do just a few months ago.
I believe if I continue training with SITP, I should be able to achieve all my fitness goals.”
“They are both very knowledgeable and put a lot of thought into the programming, including telling us the reasoning behind each workout and the movements involved, which is awesome. I have definitely seen more noticeable strength gains since I started working with them, which is probably the area in CrossFit that I was lacking in the most. I have also seen improvements in most of the other domains of CrossFit as well, which will help me become a better all around athlete in the sport.”
“The willingness to review videos of lifts have helped me improve technique quite a bit in a matter of months. Iāve gotten stronger with better form. Also, the attention to detail and cues with notes on the workouts is extremely helpful.”
“I have always enjoyed lifting, but Iāve never played with percentages or even attempted some of the lifts that have been programmed for me. Jake and SITP have done a great job breaking it all down for me, and getting me comfortable with the new movements. Iāve also learned so many foundational movements that I didnāt think Iād ever need.Ā
I really enjoy how much time goes into creating the workouts and the meaning behind each movement. I have noticed a big difference in my technique and confidence since starting with SITP.”
“The team events every Saturday are the most exciting to me. It gives us a chance to bond with other members in fun yet challenging workouts. The biggest improvement I have seen in myself is learning to breathe better while under duress. This stated so often but until you are taught it directly, it is hard to internalize. The other improvements have been efficiency techniques for the compound metabolic conditioning movements such as DB Burpee Box Jump Overs, etc.”
“I like that I can give all the focus on programing to someone else. I’m stoked that you guys have helped me get back to a stable, healthy, and motivated place to compete again.”
